Allan Caggiano

With nearly 20 years' experience practicing commercial real estate law at one of Boston's largest and most prestigious law firms, Allan offers his clients big-firm expertise and know-how at small-firm rates. Based in Boston, Allan represents clients nationally in a broad array of different matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, construction, development and permitting. His clients include owners, managers, investors, lenders, developers, builders, landlords, and tenants.

Active in politics, Allan currently holds an elected position in his hometown. He has worked for two Massachusetts Governors, and has been an advisor for various local, state, and national political campaigns. Allan is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Wildlands Trust, a land trust created to conserve and preserve the natural heritage of Southeastern Massachusetts.
